All returns must be received within 30 days of receipt of purchase to Nordic Care’s Arizona location and must be shipped in an appropriate container. Returned merchandise should be unused and suitable for resale. If you have an item that is defective, Nordic Care will send out appropriate postage to return the merchandise; otherwise, it is the responsibility of the customer to cover any associated costs with returning any items, including insurance if necessary.
